When reviewing packages, please keep in mind these sample totals below are for receptions based on your first 50 guests, each guest after that is only $40pp Inclusive!!!  PLUS you can bring in your own alcohol and our bartender will serve!!!  Packages includes venue and catering!! 

 

Package #1 Church

Church can seat up to 120

Church Only Includes:

Decorated church with pew bows, draped alter rail, 2 large silk flower arrangements with stands, Rehearsal time, Brides room (availability varies) 

Max time 2 hours.

Mon - Thur = $1,200.00 Inclusive

Friday, Saturday and Sunday = $2,000.00 Inclusive

Package #1a Micro Wedding Church

Church can seat up to 120

​

Micro Wedding Includes:

Decorated Church with pew bows, draped Alter rail, 2 silk flower arrangements, Officiant, and Music 

Under 50 guests = $1,000.00 for 3 hours 

 

Micro Reception ADD-ONS:

( Available on the side of church, in the grass area only)

We can set up any of the following  Ala' Carte depending on what you want.

You would have to bring in the Alcohol for my bartender to serve

 

60 inch round tables with Linen and 8 chairs  = $50.00 each

High top tables with Linen = $25.00 each

Beverage Table with Linen= $25.00 each

Lemonade, Iced Tea and Water = $2 per person

Cake Table with Linen= $25.00 each

Small Cake and cupcakes = $4.00 per person

Appetizers Table with Linen = $25.00 each

Appetizers -Charcuterie Boards  = $6 per person

Photographer (Weekday) = $350.00 for up to 3 hour  

Photographer (Weekend) =$500.00 for up to 3 hour

Package #2 Gazebo

Gazebo, Restaurant Area or Special events area can seat up to 1,500+ guests.

Ceremony and Reception Includes:

Rehearsal time, brides room, Sweetheart table ( Bride and Groom ) with floor length linen, 6 Guest dining tables ( seating to 50 ) with 6 linens, 50 chairs, Cake table, Gift table and DJ table with floor length linens. You get a choice of Black, White, Ivory or Red and White Checkered linen tablecloths. 

Pioneer's Catering Special:  Appetizers - Two kinds of meatballs, Assorted Cheeses and Crackers with fruit Garnish. Small disposable plates, fork and napkins.   Entree - Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket and Shredded Chicken Dinner with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Buttered Corn, Fresh Tossed Romaine salad with Ranch and Italian Dressing, Assorted Dinner rolls with butter, Lemonade, Iced Tea and Water. Includes decorated buffet table, uniformed staff for the event,  Real plates, rolled silverware with 17 inch 3 ply disposable napkins, disposable clear or white cups for lemonade and Iced tea. We will also cut and serve your wedding cake served on disposable cake plates. We will pour your champagne for your toast. 

Any day of the week = $8,000.00 Inclusive (covers the first 50 people)

Each guest after that add just $40 per person

Package #3 Opera House

Opera House can seat up to 80 guests.

Restaurant Area or Special events area can seat up to 1,500+ guests.

Retainer & Payments
Above packages are based on 50 guests. Additional guests are $40.00 per person to cover tables, linens, chairs and catering.  
A Non refundable retainer is required to secure date and time and location on the grounds.
